So you can feel confident that the person in your home has been carefully screened. We are fully insured for your protection.

+Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

+What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We stand behind every clean with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If anything doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right — at no additional charge. No hassle, no arguments.

+How do I choose the right service?

Start by selecting your home size — Standard Cleaning is included by default. You can then upgrade with add-ons based on your needs:

  • Deep Cleaning — for extra detail, buildup, or first-time cleans
  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning — for empty homes and property turnovers

Most first-time clients add a Deep Clean to their first booking, then switch to Standard for recurring service.

+When should I choose a Deep Clean?

We recommend a Deep Clean if:

  • It's your first cleaning with us
  • Your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in over 30 days
  • You want extra attention to buildup and hard-to-reach areas
  • You're preparing for guests or a special occasion

After your first Deep Clean, most clients switch to a Standard recurring clean to maintain results.

+Standard Clean

Our Standard Clean covers the essential areas of your home to keep it fresh, tidy, and maintained between deep cleanings.

First-time clients who haven't had a professional cleaning recently, we recommend selecting the Deep Clean add-on to ensure optimal results. This gives our team the time needed to bring your home up to our standard. After that, our Standard Clean is the perfect choice for recurring services.

+Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, we arrive fully equipped with all necessary supplies, products, and equipment. If you prefer we use your own products, just let us know.

Pricing & Policies
+How much will it cost?

Our pricing depends on the size of your home, the type of cleaning (Standard, Deep, or Move-In/Move-Out), and the level of detail required.

We provide instant, transparent pricing through our online booking form — no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Simply enter your home details, and you'll see your exact price before confirming your appointment.

If you're unsure which service is right for you, feel free to contact us — we're happy to help.

+What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is processed securely online at the time of booking — no cash or checks needed. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

+Do you accept tips for cleaners?

Tips are never expected but always appreciated. If your cleaner did an exceptional job, you're welcome to tip them directly in cash or add a tip during checkout. 100% of tips go directly to your cleaner.

+What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change. To be fair to our cleaning team and to protect scheduled time, we follow the policy below:

  • 24+ hours notice: Cancel or reschedule free of charge.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: A $79 late cancellation fee will apply.
  • Same-day cancellations (within 6 hours of appointment) or no-show: The full service amount (100%) will be charged.

If there's an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. We're happy to review situations on a case-by-case basis.

+What if I'm not satisfied?

Refunds are not automatically issued. If a resolution cannot be achieved after a re-service attempt, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

+What is your refund policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service.

We will return to address any areas of concern at no additional cost. Our goal is to make it right.

Refunds are not automatically issued. If a resolution cannot be achieved after a re-service attempt, we will review the situation and determine an appropriate solution on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that refund requests made after 24 hours of service may not be eligible.

Booking & Service Area
+Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home during your service.

Many of our clients provide secure access to their home and return to a freshly cleaned space. Our cleaning professionals are thoroughly vetted and trained to treat your home with care and respect.

If you prefer to be present during the cleaning, you are absolutely welcome to stay.

Please ensure we have reliable access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter, a lockout fee may apply.

+How do cleaners get access to my home?

If you won't be home, you can provide access via:

  • Lockbox
  • Door code
  • Front desk or building concierge

+Can I reschedule a booking?

Yes — just email us at michael@arriveclean.com or call (415) 855-4118 and we'll get you sorted.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation fee. See our cancellation policy for full details.

+How long does a cleaning take?

It depends on the size and condition of your home:

  • Smaller units (studios–1BR): approximately 2–3 hours
  • Larger homes (3BR+): approximately 3–5+ hours

We focus on quality over speed, so timing may vary. A Deep Clean or Move-In/Out Clean will take longer than a Standard Clean.
